Please note that FIRST TIME clients may be required to fill our new client form and/or service waiver. The waiver is just a protective mechanism for you and our staffs.

Appointment Policies

Walk-in clients are more than welcome to stop by anytime; however, to guarantee you will be served at your desired dates and times, booking in advance is strongly recommended especially for parties of two or more. Bookings can be done in person, over the phone, via email, on our website or our home-grown app.

We know plans and circumstances change at the last minute. However, being a small business with appropriately paid staffing, we requests our beloved customers to cancel their bookings if need be, either over the phone or in person, as much in advance as possible. We may request deposits at the time of booking depending on the party size, requested services, and booking history.

If you think you are running late, please CALL us immediately so we can advise your options. We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next clients scheduled bookings start on time.

If you do not show up for or cancel your for scheduled appointments at the last minutes, you will be required to deposit for future bookings

Services

We have a no refund policy on completed services. We aim to do our best the first the first time, yet if you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to have your expectation met.

We accept only Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
